          Project Start/End Date:  10/13 - 10/16

          Duration:  Three years, with State's discretion to extend.

          Scope of work (Responsibilities):

-        Active Directory management and support

-        Agency enterprise backup systems management and support

-        Enterprise storage and storage management

-        Server operating systems, including virtualization

-        Agency e-mail support

-        Server software and hardware patch management

-        Routine daily server software and hardware support

-        Technical assistance in the event of a system crisis

-        Assistance in maintaining adequate documentation of the server environment

-        Assisting the server manager in all areas of Data Center support and server management

-        Providing knowledge transfer to technical staff

          Minimum Requirements

-        10 Years: Systems, server, and network administration, management, and support

-        15 Years: Microsoft Windows

-        5 Years: Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization technology

-        10 Years: Microsoft Exchange, with at least 1 year at 2003 level

-        10 Years: Years: Microsoft Active Directory

-        3 Years: E-mail archiving technology

-        10 Years: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, including the former SMS

-        12 Years: Backup and recovery management and principles

-        10 Years: Symantec Backup Exec backup and recovery management and principles

-        1 Year: Unitrends backup and recovery management and principles

-        5 Years: iSCSI Storage and Storage Area Network (SAN)

-        8 Years: Standalone storage arrays, DAS, and NAS

-        5 Years: HP Blade Enclosure management and configuration, including understanding of all internal chassis components
