As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Installation team in Hartford plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by consistently delivering five-star shower installation, bath window and door remodel experiences to our customers.

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Overseeing your Installation team s to effectively and profitably install our products
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process
  • Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
  • Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
