Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities: software and hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and supporting IT-related building systems. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT needs, helping the business stay productive and secure.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide general IT support for end users, including software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process, including provisioning of devices, account setup, and orientation support.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses.

Support building-related tech systems:
  • Alarm systems
  • Fire sprinkler monitoring
  • Door access control systems
  • Security camera access and maintenance
  • Support and maintain VoIP phone systems, including VTX and Amazon Connect

Track and manage all IT-related billing and renewals, such as:
  • Internet and telecom services

  • Server hosting and cloud subscriptions
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and IT services
  • Create and maintain user guides and documentation for internal support

Requirements
