We are looking for that "Middle Ground" professional: someone with the common sense and hand-tool skills of a builder, but the customer-service polish of a pro.

Who You Are

We are looking for the "Maintenance Tech" personality—someone who understands how homes work and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, but also knows how to speak to a homeowner.

  • The Mechanic: You have strong hand-tool skills and "mechanical common sense." You don't just follow a manual; you understand the why behind the install.

  • The Professional: You are presentable, respectful, and treat every client’s home like it’s your own.

  • The Communicator: You can explain a water shut-off or a gas connection to a customer clearly and calmly.

  • The Athlete: You can lift 75+ lbs and navigate tight spaces with ease.

What You’ll Do

  • Install everything from standard dishwashers and laundry units to high-end professional ranges and refrigerators.

  • Handle basic finish plumbing (faucets, toilets, valves) and electrical connections.

  • Ensure every unit is level, leak-free, and looking perfect before you leave.

  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and document your wins with photos and notes.

The Fine Print (Requirements)

  • Experience: Previous appliance install, maintenance, or construction experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools to complete the job.

  • Compliance: Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test.
