Process Technician II – Join Adecco at Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA

Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking to take the next step in your career? Adecco is partnering with Oakley to hire a Process Technician II for their advanced manufacturing facility in Foothill Ranch, CA. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment, supporting production operations, and helping drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and test equipment to maximize uptime and productivity.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid power system issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.

  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.

  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and spare parts inventory recommendations.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

  • Experience working with pneumatics and fluid power systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.

  • Experience working with electrical systems up to 480VAC.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and root cause analysis.

  • Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automated manufacturing equipment.

  • Injection molding experience.

  • SAP or other CMMS experience.

  • Welding, machining, fabrication, or vacuum coating experience.
