Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Door and Window Installer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of high-quality products in new multi-unit apartment buildings and commercial spaces. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Installation: Install doors, windows and related hardware according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry best practices.
  • Technical Accuracy: Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure perfect alignment, weatherproofing, and operation.
  • Site Preparation: Inspect and prepare installation sites, identifying and resolving any structural obstacles before work begins.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with on-site contractors, carpenters, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of materials used and progress completed.

Qualifications & Requirements
