Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows 2008,2012,2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 server platforms
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on VM ware, Nutanix platforms, Zerto
3. Experience on Troubleshooting Active Directory AD issues
4. Excellent scripting skills (Example: shell scripts, PowerShell, Javascript)
5. Ability to support the automation environment including troubleshooting vRA and vRO issue
6. Develop and document automated workflows
7. Experience with Service now APIs
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide Root cause analysis for Windows platform related issues
2. Subject matter Expert of Windows, Active directory, Tech Specs, Patching, P2V, cybersecurity risks
3. Design and implement technical solutions of platform and application set up
4. Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, Provide High availability (HA) , Disaster recover (DR)
5. Manage and configure VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines
6. Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows based systems
Salary Range: $120,000 -$130,000 year
