Windows Systems Administrator

Location: Onsite South Bend, Indiana
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Immediate-hire Windows Systems Administration to own Windows endpoint management and Active Directory administration with a clear roadmap to expand into Ubuntu/Linux, scripting, and container deployment. Strong communication and documentation skills required.

What you will do

  • Windows endpoint management — image, provision, troubleshoot, and maintain corporate laptops; enforce patching and policy compliance.

  • Active Directory and endpoint security — manage users/groups/GPOs; support DLP, antivirus, and EDR tools; triage endpoint incidents.

  • On‑prem Windows server support — maintain mail server and core Windows services; perform backups and patching.

  • Growth into Linux and automation — learn Ubuntu administration, basic shell scripting, and container deployment; contribute automation scripts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Windows endpoint management

  • Hands‑on Windows systems support experience.

  • Active Directory administration and GPO experience.

  • Experience with endpoint security tools (EDR, antivirus, DLP).
