Environmental Services Worker - Housekeeper

Since 1960, D’Youville Life & Wellness Community has provided Greater Lowell and surrounding communities with Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care earning the respect of its peers and the trust of the community at large.

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Services Worker - Housekeeper to join our dynamic team.

  • $15 to $16.65 per hour based on skills and experience.
  • Part-Time and Full-Time:  3PM-11PM.
  • Ample parking and walk-ways connect all buildings for comfort in bad weather.
Environmental Services Worker - Housekeeper Qualifications: 
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be familiar with Auto Scrubbers, Buffing and Carpet machines and basic industry cleaning procedures.
  • Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating shifts as required to accomplish projects on off shifts.

Environmental Services Worker - Housekeeper Job Summary:

  • Various cleaning projects throughout the facility.
  • Wet and dry mopping of floors, vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
  • Auto scrubbing, floor stripping, waxing and buffing, shampooing carpets.
  • Window washing.
  • Moving furniture.
  • Routine housekeeping duties in an assigned area as necessary or required.
