Men In Kilts provides window and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and house washing. And yes, we do wear kilts, which along with dependability, outstanding customer service and flawless execution, defines our brand.
The Pay:
Starting hourly wage of $18/hr + commission

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.
Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing and gutter cleaning.
Secondary services may include screen cleaning, tracks, skylights, high ledges, fireplace glass and deck glass, and snow removal.
Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of trucks and maintain our equipment.
Process payments and paperwork.
Distribute marketing materials and attend occasional community events.
Represent our company with integrity and passion.
Accountability for the jobs assigned to you/your team.
Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job. In addition, follow all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
Report any safety concerns or injuries to your direct supervisor/leader.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Ability to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures).
Ability to lift and climb ladders.
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Are motivated by being part of an exceptional team with shared goals.
