D.I.B Automotive Group is a growing multi-location auto service group serving the greater Houston area with repair, collision, transmission, and detailing services. We're hiring an experienced Window Tint Installer to deliver clean, bubble-free, high-quality tint jobs our customers can count on.

What You'll Do

  • Install window tint film on cars, trucks, and SUVs (full vehicles, partials, windshields, and touch-ups)
  • Prep and clean glass, cut/shape film accurately, and heat-form for a precise fit
  • Inspect finished work for bubbles, gaps, peeling, and edge quality
  • Advise customers on tint shades, legal limits (Texas VLT laws), and film options
  • Keep the workspace, tools, and film inventory clean and organized
  • Hit turnaround times without cutting corners on quality

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience installing automotive window tint (portfolio or references a plus)
  • Knowledge of Texas window tint laws and film types
  • Sharp eye for detail — clean edges, no bubbles, no contamination
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
