Job Responsibilities:
  • Window Tint Installation: Apply 3M window film products to customer vehicles with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of 3M window film products, including their features, benefits, and application techniques, to effectively educate customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed tint installations to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
