Summary
America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for several Sales Representatives to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for carrying out the sales of all Window World products and services, such as the installation and replacement of windows, doors, and siding. Bring your sales experience, customer service and negotiation skills, perseverance, and determination and we'll give you the tools you need to succeed. We want you to climb the ladder with us!
Responsibilities
  • Serve Window World's customers by selling products and services to meet customer needs
  • Measure windows to prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
  • Manage existing accounts and acquire and manage new accounts
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring frequent communication and satisfaction of services
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competition to prepare reports and make recommendations to management
  • Increase professional and technical knowledge through workshops, seminars, professional publications, growing personal networks, and getting active in local and national societies and clubs
  • Gain an understanding of business processes, products, and services

Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales or related field
  • Customer service: Polite, respectful, reliable, positive attitude, and excellent communication, etc.
  • Ability to come to the Tampa office for the weekly meetings on Wednesday
  • Flexibility: May have to work long hours or weekends to meet sales goals
  • Persistence and Perseverance: Ability to bounce back when customers are disrespectful or sales are slow; Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Analytical problem solver, organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to attend a 1-2 week training
  • Proof of auto insurance
