Job description

FACILITIES SERVICES A PLUS!

CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: 3 Locations (each only a block from each other)
POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager
FUNCTIONS: To maintain the Corporate Office, restaurant buildings, and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Plumbing and electrical.
  • Carpentry -- repair/installation of flooring, fixtures, doors, etc.
  • Moving of tables and chairs throughout facility.
  • Prepping/stacking of firewood.
  • Diagnosing and repairing minor mechanical issues.
  • Ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Responding to maintenance requests promptly.
  • Work with and maintain tools and some equipment.
  • Order parts for equipment and keep a log of dates and items.
  • Check and keep parts in stock for reports.
  • Report daily to the General Manager on jobs completed and status.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS: ย 
  • Maintenance of prep equipment.
  • Minimal plumbing and electrical equipment.
  • Ceiling tile replacement and repair.
  • Floor and wall tile repair.
  • Parking area and curb maintenance.
  • Roof leaks.
  • Sharpen grill tools and knives.
  • Window washing of restaurants.
