An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. What You Will Do * Work in a cleanroom environment
* Handle GaAs and GaN wafers
* Assist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processes
* Perform and document optical microscope inspections
* Perform scanning electron microscope imaging
* Failure analysis and Data analysis Qualifications You Must Have: * Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications We Prefer: * High level of intellectual curiosity
* Interest in semiconductor processing
* Strong academic background
* Good written and oral communication skills

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
