Sparkle Squad is a Roslindale-based window and exterior cleaning company serving Greater Boston. We're a small, tight-knit crew and we care about our work, our customers, and each other.
This is a full-time seasonal opportunity. Typical workload is 30-40 hours per week, and overtime potential during peak season.
Window cleaning experience is preferred, though this role is also a great fit for people with experience in:
  • Roofing
  • Painting
  • Pressure washing
  • Solar panel or gutter installing

What You'll Do
  • Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting as part of a 2-3 person crew
  • Build relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service
  • Represent Sparkle Squad in the community and help grow the business by offering additional services and distributing door hangers

Must-Haves
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Available Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm, starting from our Roslindale office.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Comfortable working with extension ladders and at heights (no high-rise or skyscraper work).

What We Offer
  • $22-$27/hr depending on experience, paid weekly. Inexperienced technicians will start at $20/hr during the 2-week training period, and then move to $22/hr.
  • Bonus pay, including tips for customer reviews and 10% commission on additional services you recommend.
  • 30-40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak season.
  • Paid major holidays.
  • All equipment, uniforms, and transportation to and from job sites provided.
  • A safe work environment with a solid crew.

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
