Key Responsibilities:
Conduct precise measurements for windows and doors in residential properties to ensure accurate material ordering and project planning.
Collaborate with homeowners to resolve underestimated projects through change orders, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Document measurements and input data into company software for seamless coordination with the production and installation teams.
Serve as the liaison between the sales team, project managers, and installation teams to address project requirements effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to measure windows and doors with precision and efficiency.
Recent experience (within the last three months) measuring a significant number of window and door units in a professional setting.
Clean driving record and the willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging homeowner interactions professionally.
EPA Lead Certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain certification upon hire (company-provided).

What We Offer:
Competitive salary of approximately $70K annually, with bonus opportunities for accuracy and performance. OTE $75,000 - $100,000
