JOB DESCRIPTION:

Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors. An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills.
Responsibilities:
* Strong ability to multitask and collaborate with others
* Demonstrate strong project management skills
* Advanced knowledge of service parts and procedures
* Advanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.)
* Advanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim)
* Ability to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door)
* Advanced assessment and problem-solving ability Advanced finish carpentry (step trim and wide trim)
* Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed
* Collaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques
* Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations
* Adheres to proper safety techniques and procedures
* Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements
* Provides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation.
* Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy
* Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
* Provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets
* Other duties as assigned
* General warehouse support
* Provide support for minor service calls as needed

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check
* Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry
* State Contractors license preferred
* Broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
