Construction Field Supervisor
Residential Windows, Doors & Siding

Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Pay: $70,000 to $100,000 per year

Window World is looking for an experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects. In this role, you'll lead installation crews, ensure exceptional workmanship, support customer satisfaction, and help keep projects on schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise residential window, door, and siding installation projects from start to finish.
  • Visit active job sites to ensure work meets company quality, safety, and installation standards.
  • Lead, coach, and support installation crews and subcontractors.
  • Verify proper installation techniques, including flashing, insulation, window operation, and job site protection.
  • Conduct customer walkthroughs and address questions or concerns with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions in the field.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure materials, scheduling, and timelines stay on track.
  • Complete job site inspections, documentation, and quality reports.
  • Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional throughout each project.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of residential construction experience.
  • Experience with window, door, siding, or exterior remodeling installations preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading crews or managing subcontractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
