This leadership role is responsible for overseeing residential window, door, and siding installation projects while ensuring exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and efficient project completion.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise installation crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Perform routine job site visits to verify quality workmanship and compliance with company installation standards.
  • Ensure proper installation techniques, including flashing, insulation, weatherproofing, window operation, and job site protection.
  • Conduct final quality inspections and customer walkthroughs to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Address customer questions and resolve job site concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Complete job site documentation, inspection reports, and project updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience.
