Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tinter to support partner dealerships in Savannah, GA.
Job Description : This is a hands-on, production-based technician role responsible for professional installation of automotive window tint and PPF in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality installations while meeting daily production goals. This is not a supervisory or detailing position. This role is strictly for an experienced tint and film installer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional installation of automotive window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
- Cut, shrink, and apply film using proper techniques to ensure clean, bubble-free results
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for proper film adhesion
- Remove and replace existing tint or film as needed
- Conduct self-quality inspections to ensure dealership-level finish standards
- Maintain tools, materials, and workspace organization
- Meet daily production and turnaround expectations
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Safely move and operate vehicles during the installation process
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive window tinting experience
- Proven ability to cut, shrink, and install film independently
- Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
