Window Carpentry Measure Technician
Renewal by Andersen- Savannah, GA

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Responsibilities:
· Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials
· Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement
· Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations
· Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation
· Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards
· Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion
· Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
· Window installation/measuring experience
· Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages
· Mechanical aptitude
- A valid driver's license
· Good organizational skills
· Ability to navigate an iPad
