Job description

USA Signs and Graphics is hiring a full-time Sign and Vinyl Graphics Technician in Foley, Alabama.

Previous professional experience in at least one of the following areas is required:

  • Sign production or installation
  • Large-format printing
  • Vehicle wraps or vinyl graphics
  • Window tinting or similar film installation

Training will be provided on our specific equipment, materials, and production processes. Applicants must be willing to actively learn on the job and take initiative to continue developing their skills.

Position Responsibilities

  • Operate large-format printers, laminators, plotter cutters, and related production software
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
  • Print, laminate, cut, weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics
  • Prepare and apply vehicle wraps, spot graphics, lettering, and decals
  • Produce and finish commercial signs
  • Install vinyl on vehicles, sign substrates, and other surfaces
  • Complete sign and graphics installations at customer locations
  • Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and ladders
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area

Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
  • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing at least 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working from ladders and working indoors or outdoors
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and coworkers

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position averaging 40 hours per week.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, paid weekly, with higher starting pay available based on relevant experience.

Additional pay increases are available based on time in the position, demonstrated skill growth, work quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
