Now Hiring: Experienced Window Cleaning Technician

We're looking for a versatile, hardworking team member to join our growing company.

Previous professional window cleaning experience is required. We're looking for someone who is confident working in a variety of environments and takes pride in delivering quality work.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous window cleaning experience (required)
  • Experience with residential, commercial, and specialty window cleaning
  • High-rise certifications such as SPRAT, IRATA, or RDS are a major plus
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • A dependable team player who can adapt to different types of work

We perform all styles of window cleaning, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently handle different projects.

Seasonal Opportunities

During the winter months, we also install Christmas lights, providing additional hours and earning opportunities for team members who want to stay busy year-round.

Compensation

  • $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
  • 90-day probation period
  • Performance review after 90 days with the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus
