Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a key after-hours support role that keeps our customer experience moving. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll ensure homeowners are scheduled quickly and accurately after a sale, helping create a smooth transition to the next phase of their project. • Maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records

  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn scheduling/CRM platforms (such as rForce and Salesforce)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
