Experienced Window & Door Installer

Full-Time | $25-$40/hr DOE

Clarke & Rush is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3-4 years of professional residential window and door installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right.

What You'll Do
  • Install residential replacement windows and doors

  • Remove and replace existing windows and doors

  • Measure, level, plumb, shim, seal, and properly weatherproof installations

  • Install flashing, caulking, insulation, and other necessary materials

  • Perform window and door rescreening and screen repairs

  • Replace damaged or worn screens and screen materials

  • Identify potential installation issues and resolve them appropriately

  • Safely use hand and power tools

  • Protect customers' homes and property during installation

  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

  • Communicate professionally with customers

  • Complete installations and service work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For
  • 3-4+ years of window and door installation experience - REQUIRED

  • Experience with residential replacement windows and doors

  • Experience with rescreening and screen repair

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
