  • COOK ALL FRY AND BAKING ITEMS TO MENU EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS.
  • COMPLETE OR ASSIST WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL DUTIES AS APPLICABLE.
  • ENSURE PROPER TIMING AND CONSISTENCY BY COMMUNICATING WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL AS APPLICABLE.
  • PRESENT FOOD IN WINDOW FOR FOH DELIVERY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND CONSISTENCY AT ALL TIMES.

AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STOCK/RE-STOCK LINE USING PROPER ROTATING AND LABELING PROCEDURES.
  • CHECK FRYER(S) AND FILTER OR CHANGE IF NECESSARY.

PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FILTER BOTH FRYERS DAILY. CHANGE OIL IN FRYERS BASED ON POSTED FRYER SCHEDULE.
  • PULL HOODS TO GO THROUGH DISH ONCE WEEKLY. PULL HALF ONE DAY, HALF THE NEXT DAY.
  • COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING MAINTENANCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.
