Job Description and Duties
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll be a crucial part of our dedicated team, providing top-tier window cleaning services to our valued clients. Your entry level responsibilities will include...
  • Arrive early or on time each day at the location designated by your lead technician
  • Receive Training on our Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning Processes
  • Receive Training on our Residential and Commercial Gutter Cleaning Processes
  • Receive Tool and Equipment Training
  • Learn/Apply your newly acquired window cleaning skills to assist on any jobs scheduled for you and your lead tech.
  • Continuous improvement on both the quality and speed in which you perform your work
  • Assist Lead Cleaners in keeping vehicle and Gear clean
  • Placement of yard signs and door hangers
  • Glass Cleaning, Screen Cleaning, Windowsill, Track and Frame Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning
  • To follow/complete tasks that the lead tech has given within the time specified
  • Cleaning of equipment/packing up when complete with each job
  • Checking all your work prior to the lead tech inspection

  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
  • Ability to work comfortably FROM A LADDER at heights up to 25ft on Residential
  • Ability to work up to 50ft on commercial (Aerial Lift)
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot and Cold)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects above head such as a ladder or extension pole
  • Trustworthy & Reliable

  • Strong attention to detail to Ensure Exceptional Results
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focused mind-set
  • You must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
  • You MUST HAVE a Personal Vehicle to get to and from your Work Vehicle/Lead Tech each day.
What We Currently Offer
Compensation starting from $16.00-$20.00 Per Hour (depending on current experience in window cleaning or growth performance over the first 3-9 months of employment)
Weekly Pay with Over Time Available
7-10hr Workdays (Monday Friday) with (Occasional Saturdays)
Tips From Clients
$150 sign on bonus after completing your first 6 weeks.
Receive 1 week PTO after your first full season (10 months)
Holiday Bonus Each Year

Eligible to receive a Company Vehicle after completing your first 6 months.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
We've created an environment where our team members can thrive during our busy 10-month season and rest during a 2 Month Off Season. Cleaning windows in the freezing cold is no fun! This is a Seasonal Business that runs From March 1st December 31st each year. We are closed during the months of Jan/Feb BUT YOU RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL SIGN ON BONUS EACH SEASON YOU RETURN!
