Position Description
The Site Assistant will support the Site Supervisors and construction team in ensuring homes progress efficiently through each construction stage. This role is hands-on and supports scheduling coordination, site readiness, quality checks, and completion of defined stage tasks to help deliver homes to Cedarglen Homes’ standards. The Site Assistant reports to the Construction Manager and Site Supervisor(s) in each assigned to community/area.

Organization & Scheduling: Follows set dates, updates tasks as assigned, and maintains calendar awareness.
Attention to Detail: Completes inspections/repairs and identifies deficiencies to uphold quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Works closely with Site Supervisors and trades to keep projects moving.
Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned tasks and completes work safely and efficiently.
