Position Summary
If you have installed flooring, or were a finish carpenter but want to get off your knees talk to us!
We need a reliable, detail-oriented Installer. This job is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of custom window treatments in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working inside customer homes, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, and shutters. 
  • Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and installation instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in client homes.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues onsite and adjust installations as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs or service calls for adjustments or warranty issues.
  • Load and unload products and materials from own vehicle.
  • Accurately complete installation documentation and submit photos of completed work.
  • Collaborate with sales/design team to ensure installation quality and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in installation, carpentry, construction, or related trade preferred.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and with power drills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry materials as needed.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and climb ladders and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with physical work in a variety of home environments.
