Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced E&C Engineer to support capital projects at wind farms across the region. This role focuses on end‑to‑end project engineering and project management for multiple renewable energy projects, primarily wind facilities. The engineer will independently manage a portfolio of approximately a dozen projects per year while collaborating closely with Operations & Maintenance teams and external contractors. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale renewable energy infrastructure in a high-autonomy, project-driven environment.


What They Will Be Doing / Working On

  • Plan, schedule, and execute capital projects at wind farm facilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and timelines
  • Order equipment and coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Collaborate with Wind Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to align priorities
  • Perform limited R&D to evaluate and select optimal equipment solutions
  • Oversee quality, cost, and schedule adherence for assigned projects
  • Maintain and manage a multi-year (approximately 5-year) project portfolio
  • Travel to wind farm sites during construction phases to oversee installations (10–15%, occasionally up to 20%)


Team

  • Part of client's Renewables organization
  • Works closely with Wind Operations & Maintenance and the broader Renewables project team
  • Initially reports to with potential transition to another manager as the group evolves
  • Independent, frontline contributor with high ownership and minimal day-to-day oversight
