    • As the Service Operations Manager for the White Cloud/Carroll Area Wind farm, you will provide comprehensive operational leadership to ensure the sites achieve peak performance, safety, and profitability. This role is pivotal in directing all site activities, from strategic planning to daily execution, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the technical and support teams.
      How You'll Make an Impact
      • Oversee strategic planning and execution of wind farm operations to maximize availability, production, and cost-effectiveness.
      • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational, financial, and safety performance.
      • Ensure the team is equipped and trained to maintain an incident and injury-free work environment.
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of site technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
      • Manage team schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
      • Promote open communication and maintain a visible leadership presence on site.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
      • Manage the site's budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to achieve commercial targets.
      • Ensure service obligations are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements.
      What You Bring
      • Minimum 5-7 years of experience of renewable operations experience
      • Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups;
      • Good problem solving and decision-making skills.

      • Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
