Energy Project Finance Associate (5+ Years) – Washington, DC or Boston

A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking an experienced associate with 5+ years of project finance experience in the energy sector to join its nationally recognized Energy Project Finance & Development practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile energy transactions alongside leading practitioners in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project finance experience.
  • Significant experience representing sponsors, lenders, investors, developers, and other market participants in energy-related transactions.
  • Familiarity with the financing and development of renewable and conventional energy projects is preferred.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
