Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel to Smithereen Pest Management branches and job sites to film technicians in the field.
  • Capture before-and-after pest control jobs, wildlife removals, termite treatments, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Interview employees and create "Day in the Life" videos.
  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Take professional photos for recruiting, marketing, and the company website.
  • Publish content on all social media platforms.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and create engaging content that fits each platform.
  • Work with HR to promote hiring events, employee recognition, benefits, and company culture.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend content that performs well.
Skills Needed:
  • Professional video editing
  • Photography experience
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors with technicians
  • Able to travel between company locations
