Your Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."
  • Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
    • Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
    • Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
    • Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
    • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
  • Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
