Job description

Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest, Wildlife, and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly up held the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. Today's pest and termite control demands attention to detail, so the ability to handle day to day business with the knowledge that your work has been performed to Pest USA's standards is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Comply with company and label safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, co-workers, and customers
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
  • Work outdoors during all seasons
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Adhere to schedule and keep appointments with customers
  • Respond to service call backs as assigned
  • Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties including interior, exterior, attics, and crawlspaces
  • Sell additional services to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform other duties as required by management
  • Perform general exclusion services, work from ladders, use of general hand tools

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 21 years of age
  • Possess current driver's license
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
  • Previous experience in the termite, pest, or wildlife control industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the individual who believes in themselves and can exceed our expectations
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work from ladders
