Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing essential mental health services through Telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with clients, employing evidence-based practices to craft individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and security in patient information management.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health aspects.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving service delivery and clinical efficacy.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, offering resources and support options that empower them throughout their treatment journey.
• Stay current with industry research and advancements, contributing informed perspectives to treatment methodologies and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at Wild Sun encompasses a diverse range of individuals suffering from mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. Clients may include children, adults, and families, all seeking support in navigating their mental wellness journeys. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy techniques with the ability to adapt interventions to suit clients’ specific needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking, enabling a thoughtful approach to client care and treatment modifications.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment that values each member’s input.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting providing telehealth services, particularly with a focus on diverse mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.
• Expertise in working with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.
