Your Mission: Own the Studio's Primary Goal
Each Stretchlab Studio Is Driven by a Singular, Measurable Objective:
Grow the Membership Base Through Increased New Member Units (Nmu) and Reduced Attrition.
As Sales Manager, This Is Your North Star. You Will Be Directly Responsible for Expanding Our Member Community While Ensuring Existing Members Remain Engaged, Satisfied, and Supported.
Core Responsibilities
  • Drive Membership Sales: Conduct In-studio Consultations and Deliver Compelling Presentations That Convert Prospects into Paying Members.
  • Maximize Nmu: Execute Daily Outreach Efforts, Lead Generation Strategies, and Event Participation to Bring in a Steady Pipeline of Qualified Leads.
  • Minimize Attrition: Build Lasting Relationships with Members, Oversee Care Call Systems, and Collaborate with Flexologists to Ensure Program Satisfaction and Retention.
  • Own the Sales Process: Use Crm Software to Manage Leads, Follow up, and Close Consistently. Build Urgency, Handle Objections, and Inspire Commitment.
  • Lead by Example: Model Excellence in Customer Service, Coach Teammates on Sales Best Practices, and Ensure the Studio Runs Smoothly in Alignment with Sales Goals.
  • Be Present in the Community: Actively Develop Local Partnerships, Attend Wellness Events, and Represent Stretchlab As the Go-to Mobility Solution in San Antonio.

  • Proven Sales Experience: You Have a Strong Track Record in Driving Membership or Service-based Sales, Ideally in Fitness, Wellness, or Boutique Studio Settings.
  • Resilient & Driven: You're Motivated by Results, Comfortable with Rejection, and Always Looking for the Next Opportunity to Grow the Business.
  • Sales Leadership: You Bring Confidence and Strategy to Every Interaction and Know How to Guide Others Toward Successful Outcomes.

  • Experience Using Crm Systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva.
  • Previous Leadership or Team Training Experience in a Boutique Fitness or Wellness Setting.
