About Us:
EOC Audio is a premier AV integration firm specializing in high-end residential technologyfrom smart homes and private theaters to fully immersive custom golf simulator environments. As demand for luxury golf simulator installations continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and professional Golf Simulator Installation Technician to join our elite team.
Position Overview:
As a Golf Simulator Installer, you will be responsible for the full installation of premium golf simulator systems in luxury residencesincluding flooring, projection, screens, sensors, enclosures, hitting surfaces, networking, and AV integration. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone with a construction, AV, or fitness installation background who is passionate about technology, golf, and high-end craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Install all physical elements of a simulator system including turf, stance mats, hitting surfaces, subflooring, acoustic panels, and enclosures
Mount and align projectors, cameras, launch monitors, tracking systems, and displays (e.g., TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor, Full Swing)
Coordinate with AV and networking teams to integrate audio, video, lighting, and control systems
Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, seamless aesthetic
Read and interpret floor plans, spec sheets, and installation diagrams
Calibrate tracking systems and test for system accuracy and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges onsite
Ensure clean, organized, and damage-free work within luxury homes
Provide clear handoff and basic client training on system use (with support from technical team)
Qualifications:
35+ years experience in AV installation, simulator setup, custom home tech, or related construction trades preferred
Experience installing turf, flooring, or acoustic treatments
Experience with golf simulator systems (TrackMan, Foresight, Full Swing, Uneekor, GSPro, etc.)
Background in construction, home theaters, or gym installations
Basic IT/networking knowledge (Wi-Fi setup, IP configuration, etc.)
Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and AV mounting systems
Technically confident working with displays, sensors, projectors, and networks
Ability to follow precise instructions and deliver ultra-clean finished work
Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, kneeling/standing for long periods, and working in active construction zones
Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills
Polished, professional demeanor for working in ultra-high-end homes
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
