Job Summary/Description:  

The Digital Sales Assistant plays a key role in the successful operation of our Sales Department. Assisting the General Sales Manager and multimedia executives. This is a professional career opportunity to experience a winning culture with a top-performing team. Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Digital and Broadcast Order Entry
- Digital Project Management
- Collaborating on Digital Strategies
- Client onboarding
- Pull Monthly Campaign Performance Reporting
- Assist with Digital Strategy
- Learn and Understand Google Analytics, GDM, and all Gray Digital Products and Procedures
- Set up conversion tracking
- Digital Reconciliation
- Sales Support

Qualifications/Requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an office environment with a strong reputation for working well with others and excellent attention to detail.
- An associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Computer and Internet literacy are required, with experience in Microsoft Office programs necessary, and Wide Orbit Traffic system is a plus.
- Customer service or sales support experience will be an advantage, especially within Local Media.
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable helpful.
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must.
