Job description

[Company Name] is a fast-growing, full-service sign company dedicated to delivering high-quality visual solutions. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our team and handle projects from the shop floor to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Production: Operate wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators. Prepare substrates, weed/mask vinyl, and apply graphics to acrylic, metal, PVC, and vehicle surfaces.
  • Installation: Install a variety of indoor and outdoor signage, including wall graphics, post-and-panel signs, dimensional letters, lobby signs, and vehicle wraps.
  • On-Site Operations: Conduct site surveys, take accurate measurements, and safely operate power tools, ladders, and lift equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects, maintain clean shop conditions, and ensure installations meet design specs and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sign production and/or installation (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and vinyl application equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding/bucket trucks, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
