Job description

An established retail organization in New York City is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to oversee loss prevention, safety, audits, and investigations across multiple retail locations while supporting operational compliance and best practices.
About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends expected)
  • Hours: 10am to 7pm
  • Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee asset protection efforts across multiple retail locations
  • Conduct operational audits focused on inventory control, shrink reduction, cash handling, and safety compliance
  • Lead investigations and interviews related to inventory loss, cash loss, and policy or procedure breaches
  • Review and update policies, procedures, and training materials to support compliance and best practices
  • Manage vendor invoices, contractual compliance, and safety systems while collaborating with key internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Retail Loss Prevent Managmeent experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Wicklander-Zulawski certification
  • Experience conducting and managing internal and external investigations
  • Working knowledge of physical security systems, including alarms, locks, keys, and CCTV
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desired Skills:
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
