Job description

Bilingual PI Litigation Paralegal (Spanish Required)

Right Path Law Group · Chantilly, VA · In-Person

Some paralegals manage files. You manage outcomes.

If you're the kind of professional who tracks a deadline before it's assigned, reads a medical record with a lawyer's eye, and genuinely loses sleep over a client who hasn't gotten an update - keep reading.

Right Path Law Group is looking for a Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who doesn't just keep up with our litigation team - they make it sharper.

What You're Walking Into

Three PI attorneys. Seventy-five plus active litigation matters across Virginia, Maryland, and DC (General District Court to Circuit Court). Real cases, real deadlines, real stakes.

This isn't a support role. You'll own your caseload, drive case velocity, and serve as the bridge between injured clients and the legal system fighting for them. When you close a demand or clear a discovery backlog, real families exhale.

Why Right Path Law Group?

We exist to transform 25,000 lives - one client at a time. We fight for people navigating the worst chapters of their lives, and we take that responsibility personally.

Inside the firm, we operate by R.I.S.E.:

  • Relentless Excellence — we hold the standard high, every file, every day
  • Integrity + Five-Star Service — clients feel it, and so does your work product
  • Solution-Oriented — problems are expected; excuses aren't
  • Empathy + Team Spirit — we have each other's backs, always

You won't find politics or drama here. You'll find people who are genuinely proud of the work they do.

What You'll Own

  • Drive cases from complaint to verdict - you'll quarterback litigation files through every stage, keeping strategy sharp and nothing falling through the cracks
  • Be the voice clients trust - when someone calls scared and confused, you're the person who brings calm, clarity, and a real answer
  • Build the evidence foundation that wins - request, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, police reports, and liability evidence into a case story that moves
  • Write documents that move the needle - draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence that are precise, persuasive, and deadline-proof
  • Own the courtroom runway - coordinate exhibits, witnesses, and logistics so attorneys walk into every hearing and trial completely prepared
  • Keep the litigation machine moving - work shoulder-to-shoulder with attorneys to eliminate bottlenecks and push cases toward resolution

You're Built for This If…

  • You have 2+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation experience - you know the difference between a soft-tissue file and a serious injury case, and you handle both with equal precision
  • You hold a paralegal certificate or equivalent courtroom-forged experience - credentials matter, but what you've actually done matters more
  • Your writing is clean, and your analysis is sharper - attorneys trust your drafts enough to file them with minimal edits
  • You can carry 20+ active files without losing a single deadline - your calendar, task list, and follow-ups are always under control
  • You shift gears without losing speed - when priorities change mid-morning (and they will), you recalibrate and keep moving
  • You know your way around case management software and Microsoft Office - technology is a tool you use, not a barrier you fight
  • You are fluent in Spanish (firm requirement) - our Spanish-speaking clients deserve someone who communicates with them directly, not through a workaround
  • You show up as a teammate first and a title second - you share the win, solve the problem, and never let a colleague or client feel stranded

Compensation & Benefits

We believe people who do exceptional work deserve to be taken care of. Here's what that looks like:

  • Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance - 100% employer-paid for the employee
  • 3 weeks PTO - because rest is part of performing at your best
  • 401(k) with 4% firm match after one year (that's real money toward your future)
  • Growth opportunity - we're expanding, and we promote from within

Ready to R.I.S.E.?

Apply now and tell us who you are, what you've built, and why Right Path Law Group is your next chapter.

Right Path Law Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Compensation:
