Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Delivery Driver, you are a critical team member responsible for timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining professional customer interactions, and assisting with warehouse operations. You'll drive a company vehicle along assigned routes and return home every evening.

In addition to deliveries, you will assist with tire distribution within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pull orders for delivery.
  • Load vehicles and ensure secure transport.
  • Deliver products to customer locations and unload them in designated areas.
  • Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles, checking tires, fuel, oil, and safety features.
  • Verify and manage invoices, purchase orders, payments, and receipts.
  • Collect and manage all payments and protocols according to company policy.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, picking, and inventory counts.
  • Follow all safety, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform additional duties, including occasional heavy lifting.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Driving a box truck, light van, or delivery car (required)
  • 2+ years of Route delivery experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years in a Customer service position (preferred).
  • 1+ years of Warehouse experience (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • 25 years or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving history (required).
  • Safe driving record with knowledge of traffic laws.
  • Ability to convey complex information in clear, concise English is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Must lift 25-75 lbs and be comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and prolonged sitting.
Compensation:
  • Competitive biweekly pay.

Other Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members.
  • Solid understanding of road rules, with proficiency in GPS and route management.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage routes, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including handling route changes, delivery issues, or delays.
  • Excellent customer service skills to represent the company positively during deliveries.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods (3+ hours) while driving.
  • Capable of transporting products down ramps, stairs, or loading docks.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions during outdoor deliveries.
