Job description

About the role

The Wholesale Account Representative conducts wholesale deliveries and ensures accurate execution, supports strong client relationships, and upholds operational standards across the wholesale delivery process. This role validates orders, manages loading and unloading, communicates product and promotional information, and resolves issues on-site with minimal supervision. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the Representative assists with picking and packing orders when not on a route to ensure operational flow. This role supports process efficiency, contributes client insights, and helps enhance the overall wholesale service model.

You will
  • Conduct wholesale deliveries by driving company vehicles to customer locations on assigned routes
  • Validate order accuracy before loading, ensuring correct products, quantities, and documentation
  • Load, unload, and support receiving at client locations, ensuring safe, compliant handling of all products
  • Pick and pack wholesale orders during non-delivery periods to support order readiness and fulfillment accuracy
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the local on-site representative to address service needs and elevate concerns
  • Communicate deal sheets, promotions, and product information, advising clients and recommending items based on needs
  • Resolve on-site issues, including shortages, invoicing discrepancies, and delivery exceptions, proposing solutions and coordinating with internal teams
  • Complete all regulatory and compliance requirements related to wholesale delivery and commercial driving
  • Provide field insights to the Account Supervisor to support workflow improvements, route optimization, and overall service quality
You will come with
  • 3-6 years of experience in delivery driving, wholesale, logistics, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to operate independently and solve non-routine client-facing issues
  • Strong communication skills and product knowledge aptitude
  • Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
  • Technical proficiency with order management tools and handheld devices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet all driving and compliance requirements
Physical requirements (with or without accommodations)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
  • Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
  • Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
  • May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
