Description:

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Rep to join our team. This role supports sales efforts by providing customer service and order fulfillment to our internal and wholesale customers. The Wholesale Customer Service Rep works closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiency and productivity. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.


Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone
  2. Provide customers with current product information, quotations and inventory to fulfill orders
  3. Process accurately and efficiently orders for internal and wholesale customers for the purchase of tires, parts and service
  4. Performs data entry and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  5. Coordinates deliveries with shipping departments
  6. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience
  • Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred


Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent phone skills with the ability to offer highest quality of customer service
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Multi-tasks

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
