The Role
We are hiring a Web3-focused Sales Development Representative (also known as BDR, ADR, or Outbound Sales Development Specialist) to drive disciplined outbound pipeline generation. This position requires experience in structured outbound prospecting and familiarity with the digital-asset or broader Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Execute 100% outbound prospecting into institutional, fintech, and Web3 clients
โ€ข Build targeted lead lists and run structured multi-touch sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, event follow-up)
โ€ข Qualify prospects using a working understanding of blockchain security, custody, and digital-asset infrastructure
โ€ข Collaborate with Account Executives on account penetration and territory development
โ€ข Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Apollo/HubSpot/Salesforce-style tools
  • Web3 background is a must
  • 2-3 years experience in outbound sales roles for a tech start-up
  • Track record securing a high number of new business meetings each month via cold outreach
  • Experience with prospecting techniques and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNavigator, etc.)
  • Capable of building and executing outbound campaigns
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain, crypto, NFT, DeFi, and the entire web3 industry
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining revenue targets/goals and quota attainment as well as driving business growth
  • Dedicated follow-up skills that allow nothing to fall through the cracks
  • Strong executive presence and great presentation skills along with high confidence in engaging with diverse decision-makers
