What You Will Do:

In this role you will act as the quality liaison for PWMS (Pratt Whitney Manufacturing Singapore) to drive improvement in quality signature of manufacturing and business processes. To maintain value stream alignment with PW Holt, this is an onsite role.

  • Producibility & Process Improvement. Identify producibility opportunities and initiate projects with stakeholder alignment. Develop business cases to justify improvement efforts and prioritize actions. Drive spec and QAD updates to improve yield and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with CIPT/ESTO on PWMS deviations to assess feasibility and establish milestones.
  • Manage rMRP/SST quality notifications (QNs), including pulling open holds, writing SST QNs, facilitating hold lifts, and removing roadblocks.
  • Respond to eSRIs, route items to SMEs, and guide submitters on approval expectations.
  • Support escape investigations, RCCA development, and escape package creation.
  • Lead QN activities including aged QN prioritization, redisposition, ESA discussions, and statistical analysis.
  • Create OEM-to-MRO and Section Q QNs; partner with design and MRE teams on MRB interpretations.
  • Manage compliance to MCAO requirements Enter, update, and correct QNs in SAP.
  • Provide quality and producibility support to Whitcraft, DRT, IHI, PW Holt, and other partners as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and advocate for digital transformation priorities.
  • Support DT project execution and testing, including DP7 and NetInspect.
  • Develop Fiori training materials and standard work documentation.
  • Prepare materials, set agendas, and lead Fan Mod Center MCAB sessions.
  • Attend PWMS MCABs and support Tier 5 evening meetings.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree required in related engineering field (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Preferred candidate will have previous work experience in an Operations or Engineering environment with a strong background in RRCA and Continuous Improvement Knowledgeable / experienced in AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality systems. Six Sigma green belt or equivalent. Ability to navigate technical requirement flowdown, read and interpret drawings, specifications and procedures.
