Job description

This position will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end migration from Manual to Automated Warehouse. Including; AGV commissioning & automated WH-IL, Integration with IT Systems, campus wide alignment for possible shutdowns and coordination with production areas to ensure zero impact on production output. This PM will work primarily under direction of a Project Manager responsible for the automated warehouse work package.

We are looking for a PM with experience with: Equipment installation/Retrofit in Pharmaceutical manufacturing Equipment integration into IT Systems ASRS/AGV/AMR/Conveyor Systems Background Required Minimum Qualifications: 4+ Years of managing Capital projects in Pharma Industry as a project manager. Must meet one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant majors from an accredited university with 2+ years of project scheduling experience Associates degree or vocational training in engineering or other relevant studies with minimum 4+ years of project scheduling experience Military service with 2+ years of project scheduling experience PMP Certification (not a must) Knowledge / experience with the following project scheduling software: Microsoft project o SmartSheets Primevera P6 Desired Capabilities/ Background: Experience integrating across multiple work package schedules, vendors, and stakeholders Scheduling experience for major capital projects Scheduling experience for large construction projects Strong communication skills
