MyPowerSports is a growing retailer of powersports parts, apparel, and accessories. We're looking for a hands-on FBA specialist to manage our Amazon fulfillment operations, with the opportunity to grow into a full management role as our Amazon business expands.
About the RoleThis position starts as a specialist-level role focused on the day-to-day mechanics of getting inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network correctly and efficiently, with a clear path to grow into managing the FBA function as you build expertise with our processes and metrics. You'll work closely with our team to keep shipments moving, resolve issues, and help build out our FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) operations.
Responsibilities-
Create, manage, and send inbound shipments to Amazon FBA

Monitor shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies with Amazon Seller Central

Prepare inventory for LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments to fulfillment centers

Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts

Assist with FBA returns and removal orders as needed

Support Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) shipments and processes

Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in Google Sheets

Learn and apply Amazon performance metrics and demand forecasting (training provided)

Operate with minimal supervision while meeting shipping deadlines

2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically sending shipments to FBA
